About the Event
EXPERIENCE
Workshops and activities are centered around experiences, education, and fellowship that will revive, energize and rebalance the body, mind, and spirit. Learn with us as Dustin Strong and other holistic health professionals educate us about how to incorporate these practices into our everyday lives. Activities include:
- Holistic Health and Nutrition Seminars
- Yoga and Stretching
- Mineral Water Baths
- Meditation and Mindfulness Workshops
- Individualized Sessions
CONNECT
Get to know your retreat guides and fellow attendees throughout the weekend. Interactive group sessions will foster connections that will help support and encourage you. Outdoor activities at the breathtaking, 35-acre Clark Gardens and Mineral Wells State Park will connect you to nature and help you learn to listen to your body and mind. A soothing, private mineral water bath at the Crazy Water Bath House will top off your unique experience.
NOURISH
ALL meals, snacks, and beverages are included. Designed by a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness expert, our gourmet dining options promote lightness of body, clarity of mind, and openness of spirit. Developed in partnership with local chefs. Vegan and/or gluten-free choices are available by request.
AMENITY TOTE + SUPPLIES
We're sending all of our special guests home with an amenity tote full of health and wellness goodies, valued at over $100. All supplies for activities and workshops during the retreat will be provided.

Lodging / Hotel Accommodations
Note: Lodging is to be booked on your own. We are thrilled to offer special discounted rates on King Suites with our local historic hotel partner, The Crazy Water Hotel. These amazing rates expire 30 days before the first day of the retreat, so we recommend reserving your room early.
